Business Plans, in conjunction with Housing-Solutions^SM, providing guidance in implementation of strategic Asset Management Plans

Long-range Asset Management (strategic) plans and activities must not only emerge from a clear understanding of mission-and-market, but must also be practical and do-able. A natural outgrowth of the planning process is a Business Plan that provides a "how to" on implementing key elements of the recommended portfolio strategies.

In 2002, Mobley & Associates (in conjunction with Housing-Solutions^SM), prepared a Business Plan for the Jackson (Tennessee) Housing Authority as a follow-up to the Asset Management Plan completed earlier that year. The Business Plan presents the basic elements of innovative multifamily housing deals, identifies and discusses the types of services needed to undertake them, covers various financing approaches, and assesses the financial impact on the housing authority. The concluding section of the Business Plan provides implementation steps and a suggested schedule.
